Musicate are currently working in one of Coventry's Performing Arts Colleges, Foxford School where we are designing and delivering workshops and curriculum sessions for year 8 and 9 students.
Students are be working alongside a variety of professional musicians enhancing their curriculum at Key stage 3 and GCSE.
The workshops aim to enhuse and inspire the students, raising attainment and giving the students a unique opportunity to participate in practical music workshops.
So far students have had workshops from an African Drummer, a Pop and Jazz Vocalist, a DJ and composers. The aim is to get the students performing and composing songs by the end of the term.
