Telford Music Enhancement Project

Over the past 3 years Musicate has been working in Telford and Wrekin Borough as part of a pilot project to enhance current primary school music provision.  Read all about the project activities here.

Music Technology and Composition

Music Technology is a fun and exciting way of engaging young people with music at all levels.  At GCSE, AS and A Levels it is also a great way of helping students complete their coursework and teachers record students work or teach the national curriculum through software applications.

Throughout this year Musicate musicians have been booked to deliver workshops to increase young peoples knowledge and experience of cultures from around the world


Musicate starts to design wider opps programmes

Musicate is currently working with musicians to design an innovative wider opportunities programme for key stage 2 pupils


Musicate delivers a series of workshops for Hagley RC High School

Musicate has started working with Hagley RC High School delivering a series of workshops such as African and Latin American drumming

Bilston creativity week Monday, 16th June For the third year in a row, Musicate will be delivering workshops leading to a community sharing of young people's work

One Year On - Telford & Wrekin Music Celebration Concert Tuesday, 11th March Young people from across the Borough will be performing to officially launch the new music support service for Telford

Meadows Community Assembly Thursday, 6th December 2007 On 3rd December Year 5 & 6 presented the work they had been doing with Musicate over the last four weeks to members of their families
